I see this more often called Savannah Rice in recipe books than Charleston Rice. It's also generally referred to as either "Red Rice" or "Spanish Rice" in the region in which it is mostly eaten. Should the title be changed to reflect this?
- Savannah red rice is interchangeable for the most part - guess it depends if y'all are from SC or GA. Spanish rice is a little different in terms of seasoning and doesn't usually have bacon or salt pork in it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.158.48.162 (talk) 17:37, 20 June 2018 (UTC)
