Untrue[edit]

Someone needs to alter this. Cherry Ghost is a band consisting of just one person (Simon). The band isn't officially part of Cherry Ghost. Koolgiy 19:48, 22 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong - Cherry Ghost is a five piece band which has grown from one man's idea and demos. Katdib (talk) 15:22, 3 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Name[edit]

Surely we should mention that "Cherry Ghost" is from Wilco. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.112.164.135 (talk) 21:52, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Family[edit]

He has a cool cousin aged 12 called Amy but prefers to have it spelt like Aimey. He has anouther cousin called Lucy who likes to spell it like Lucie. He as some other cousins but they are not as perfect as Aimey and Lucie. Although it has to be said that Amy and Lucy (both spelt how their mothers wanted it!) are really just fatheads when compared to Simon's other cousin Pip ;) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.22.224.41 (talk) 16:54, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I wonder of Aimey remembers she did this. she'd be about 19 now ;) Adagio67 (talk) 21:24, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

HBO's Looking[edit]

as nobody had responded I was going to add this myself, but it would really need a whole new sectionAdagio67 (talk) 15:48, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Further details[edit]

I get asked, as the artist manager, fairly frequently about CG and there seems to be some confusion regards the band. They disbanded shortly before the last album which was largely old demoes and songs written for other people. Simon continued to do gigs beyond this but since 2013 these have been very sporadic and more often than not, for charity. The name and the project were retired around 2013 but as a full time consideration probably more like late 2012 as Simon started to co-write. More recently the co-writing is something Simon does occasionally and only when asked as he is studying in London and pursuing other roles and opportunities outside music and in parallel to it.
