The article states the name was changed to "Chiffon Cake" when General Mills bought the recipe. What was it called before?

Could this article be merged with Sponge cake? Chiffon cakes, after all, are just a variation on sponge cakes - the recipe is identical to one for biscuit de savoie with addition of vegetable oil and baking powder.Patrickcolvin (talk) 05:53, 26 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
