Order of Saints Peter and Paul?[edit]

Doing some looking around for actual sources besides one single youtube video on Malanga getting knighted, but a quick google search on the order of Saints Peter and Paul, or the Knights of St. Peter & St. Paul, return a facebook page and a weebly website. As far as I can tell this isn't an actual order in the Catholic Church. As far as I can tell this is just a fraternity of lay-Catholics from Victoria, Australia.
