Pseudonym[edit]
Hello, I'm the subject of this page. I made some edits a few days ago to remove a number of inaccuracies. I appreciate that Wikipedia frowns upon individuals editing *their own* pages, but there were a number of issues with the page that were factually and historically inaccurate.
I'd like to thank Dai Pritchard for cleaning up the page considerably, it's very much appreciated. Dai, I don't know if you'll even read this, but I wanted to clarify: Fehler is not in fact a collective, it's a pseudonym that I (Christopher Murphy) use. See: https://twitter.com/fehler, https://dribbble.com/fehler, etc. I've corrected this. I'm in a tricky position in that I *do not* want to write this from my own, subjective perspective, but I do want a factually and historically accurate page.

- Hi. Happy to help with the cleanup. But we have a problem with references here. The first reference on the page says that Fehler was a collective [1], and so does [2] and [3] from the Fällt site, and [4] from the University of York. I can't find anything from a reliable source online stating that it was an intentional fiction. I believe you when you say that it was, but what I believe makes no difference: Wikipedia needs references to confirm anything that's written in WP:Biographies of living persons. Twitter and Dribble aren't reliable sources: anyone can create a fake Twitter account, and even a verified account can say anything legal and not libellous, but nevertheless incorrect. So we need some independent, reliable, secondary sources to confirm that Fehler wasn't a collective, but was really just one person, Christopher Murphy. Thanks! - Hi Dai, Thanks for your thoughtful response, which I completely understand. Would you be happy to talk offline so we can get this sorted? It's important to me that this page is accurate, and - given what you rightly raise - I'd like to find the best way of doing this, without having a huge discussion here. The history of Fällt (and by extension the history of Fehler) is complicated. The project(s) was one of creating fictions, which leads us to this rather messy place. I'd love to have a chat offline, if you would. It's better to have the discussion here, as other editors will also want to participate, and it's also important to have a record of why certain changes were made, so that any mistakes made aren't repeated in future edits. Complicated histories are fine, so long as there are sources, offline or online, to verify what's written here. There's more info on this at WP:Verifiability. - A week has gone by, with no further discussion and no edits. Since I can find no references verifying that Fehler was a pseudonym for Murphy alone, but have found several asserting that Murphy was one member of a collective by that name, the text has to be changed per WP:BLP to reflect what can be verified with the reliable sources available. I'm also moving the article to reflect that fact that it's mainly about Murphy, and not mainly about Fehler, whether Fehler was a collective or a pseudonym.
