Proposed deletion[edit]

This page appears to loosely summarize the theories of one H Patrick Glenn (who himself does not seem particularly notable). The oldest citation is from 1997 and does not appear to discuss "chthonic law" at all (though the terms "chthonic" and "law" do appear).
