"Created in 1976, the Coalition of Northeastern Governors (CONEG) is a non-partisan association of the Governors of the seven Northeastern states. Members include the Governors of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont." The CONEG website excludes New Jersey. Amending the page accordingly.
