No, because the article asserts that the individual competes at the 1st division level, which satisfies WP:BIO. Note also that satisfaction of WP:BIO is not necessary to survive speedy deletion, as long as notability is asserted. -- But|seriously|folks 06:02, 29 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
