I'm just curious. Is it plausible (as in: has it happened before) that the military surgically removes dangling body parts for important missions so they can't get stuck on barbed wire or something? Because that would explain a lot.. - Alexis Jazz 09:13, 28 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The article currently says in the info box that the sex is "fluid." That is humor. There is no evidence that the dog squats to pee one day and then lifts a leg to pee the next while humping your leg. It is likely one or the other every day. "Disputed" would be a better entry for the infobox, with an appropriate amount of discussion in the article. The military currently says male. It looks like initial confusion in reporting that has echoed on in some subsequent reports. News organizations can be lazy and copy earlier erroneous reporting on trivial details. It would be amusing if Conan were non-binary or gender fluid, but sources are clear now on sex. Eostrix (talk) 07:05, 12 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
