Coalition of Parties for Democracy[edit]

I believe Coalition of Parties for Democracy is a more appropriate translation from the Spanish. This translation was used in an edited version of a speech made President Bachelet in New York in 2006. (In Visions from Finis Terrae: Chilean Voices in the United States. p.149). I'd recommend changing the primary title of this article. - Ben Flynn, MPIA Candidate, UCSD

Criticism[edit]

While the content of the section includes valid points, it's poorly written. I'd suggest phrasing the issues differently. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.47.200.78 (talk) 16:39, 5 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Notification[edit]

Per WP:COMMONNAME, I have moved the article Concert of Parties for Democracy to a shortened name, Concertación, which has more use in English. "the Concertación" gives 9,970 results in Google Books, while in contrast "the Concert of Parties" gives only nine (notably, "the Coalition of Parties" gives 1,850 results, but even summing up both English translated names, they are not as commonly used as "the Concertación").
