Cape May, New Jersey[edit]

There is, or was a concrete ship off Cape May, New Jersey.--Dthomsen8 (talk) 12:52, 25 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Merge proposed[edit]

I think this should be merged and redirected to Concrete ship. --Legacypac (talk) 17:17, 25 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with a merge. Some material in this article should be added to Concrete ship.--Dthomsen8 (talk) 22:27, 26 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose This article (whatever its problems) is on a pair of concrete ships. It should either be kept, maybe split, or else deleted. But merging two examples of the concrete ship type (there were a great many concrete ships) would comletely fail WP:UNDUE there. Andy Dingley (talk) 23:20, 26 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Concrete Ship[edit]

Dear Legacypac, the name of the ship is simply a Concrete ship, it may be confusing, but it's easy. It is concrete and is a ship, and currently it is called the "Concrete Ship", its previous name was "Sip". But the name was changed into a Concrete Ship after rescue and reconstruction, as stated in the text. I am new in writing articles, I would be grateful for the explanations of the errors listed on the page so that I can correct them. Thank you --Korisnik 011 (talk) 22:20, 7 November 2018 (UTC)Dalibor Obradovic[reply]

@Korisnik 011: LegacyPac was saying the article is unclear as it covers 2 ships, Concrete Ship (formerly known as Sip) and Capella but article is named as Concrete Ship. This is misleading. I have changed the lead to better indicate this article is solely about Concrete Ship and moved capella to its own article for clarify. Maintenance tags have links towards to the very issue it is complaining. Most should have a help link or a wiki link to the issue. Currently there is only one maintenance tag which is for copyediting, and the link is on the word itself. --Xaiver0510 (talk) 06:39, 7 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Which Name to Use Where?[edit]

The intro mentions it basically has two names. Do we use "Concrete Ship" the whole time, even after mentioning it went by "Sip?" Or the opposite? --Jabberhatter (talk) 16:13, 4 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
