This article needs updating[edit]

Title needs updating to reflect a name change several years ago - it is now simply Strategy and External Affairs Directorates.

Photos need updated to reflect there is a new Cabinet Secretary and two new Ministers.

Article content needs updating in line with the substantial additional content found in the other SG Directorates articles.

There's good source material on the SG website about which individual Directorates and their Directors comprise the overarching Strategy and External Affairs Directorates.
