@Kj cheetham: Hello. Can the respective tag be removed now? I made the necessary edit. Demetrios1993 (talk) 12:46, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I suppose i can remove the tag now since the external links have been taken out. Demetrios1993 (talk) 13:06, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Demetrios1993, that's fine, but I'd recommend adding at least one reference to that section in any case. -Kj cheetham (talk) 09:28, 7 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I would have added one, but i wasn't sure because of it being a bullet list. I just added/re-used the relevant source. Is it in its appropriate location or it should go at the "heading"? Thanks for your time. Demetrios1993 (talk) 09:54, 7 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because i will paraphrase the "Early life and Career" section which i didn't change enough when i initially created the article. Demetrios1993 (talk) 20:11, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@John B123: Hello John. Can you please review my paraphrase and tell me whether it is ok now. What else do i need to change if anything? Thanks for your time. Demetrios1993 (talk) 20:24, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Demetrios1993, see [1] for what needs attention in the "Early life and Career" section (ignore the list of publications). Regards. --John B123 (talk) 20:30, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the link John B123, but i don't see how "Electrical Engineering Diploma from the National Technical University of Athens" and the rest of degrees can be considered copyright infringement. Maybe i am wrong, but are these things taken into consideration, and if yes, by whom? I am just trying to understand. Demetrios1993 (talk) 20:39, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Titles such as "Director of the Berkeley Microfabrication Laboratory" are not the problem, it's the way they are linked together. For example: he was the Director of the Berkeley Microfabrication Laboratory, from 2004 to 2005 the Director of the Electronics Research Laboratory. Regards. --John B123 (talk) 20:47, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Ok John B123. I made the necessary edits. I believe it now looks better, and they aren't linked together. What do you think, [2]? Demetrios1993 (talk) 21:00, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
That looks better, I'll remove the tag. regards. --John B123 (talk) 21:04, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you John B123. Demetrios1993 (talk) 21:07, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
