If you visit the ccTLD page and it says something like "Limited to companies and organizations registered in Finland and Finnish nationals" (.fi) or "There are Canadian presence requirements for registrants" (.ca) then those ccTLDs probably should not be included under "List of ccTLDs permitting worldwide commercial use" since those statements imply that they are not available "worldwide". (I have not verified the entire list, but did notice that at least those two are geographically restricted.) RobSimpson (talk) 16:16, 30 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
