Photo gallery[edit]

I hid the photo gallery. As per WP:IUP, galleries should be discussed before they are placed on an article page. Good reasons must be given as to why they should be included on the page where they are to be added.

No decision on photo galleries has been made yet. Please discuss pros and cons of each option on the talk page. In general, galleries are discouraged in main article namespace; historically, such galleries are more often deleted than kept. As a result, there are releatively few namespace galleries in the encyclopedia and good reasons must be given for creating them. Consider instead linking to a gallery on Wikimedia Commons.

Please discuss the elevator gallery here. --Kmsiever (talk) 19:53, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The grain elevators gallery could make a great article on Commons, not on the English Wikipedia. The pictures would have to be uploaded on commons though. --Qyd (talk) 23:19, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Early school districts[edit]

The recent contribution of the Early school districts section by an unregistered editor appears to add little value to this municipal article and lengthens an already list-heavy article. Its format is difficult to read. Within the list, the three instances of moved? are puzzling and allude to speculation. Further, all of the references within the list point to an empty search results page. This list is likely more appropriate on the Westwind School Division No. 74 article and/or Horizon School Division No. 67 article, where it would provide more value under a "History" section within one or both of these articles. Further, the list should be converted into a table so that it is more readable. Hwy43 (talk) 05:03, 3 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
