Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem → Montenegrin Electrical Transmission System – The English version of their website calls the company "Montenegrin Electrical Transmission System". Per WP:UE ("In deciding whether and how to translate a foreign name into English, follow English-language usage") the title should be translated into English because an established English title exists.

I've also done an unrelated uncontroversial move from Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD to Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem. I have a feeling AD is similar to Inc., Corp., and Lld. which are not put in article titles. Brightgalrs (/braɪtˈɡæl.ərˌɛs/)^[1] 22:42, 12 April 2012 (UTC)

• Oppose. This is an official company name. The move is justified if the article would be about the transmission system of Montenegro. However, it is not – it is about the company. Also, this is a common name per Google Search and Google News. E.g. there is no single search results for "Montenegrin Electrical Transmission System" by Google News (including archives) while "Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem" is used by severeral news sources in English, including the mainstream media sources such as Bloomberg ([1]). Also, Bloomberg Investment page uses the same form.([2]) In addition ENTSO-E lists as is member Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem and not Montenegrin Electrical Transmission System.([3]) Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem is also used, among others, by EBRD ([4]) and Terna ([5]) are using official name Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem. As for the official English website of the company, it says in the opening page: "Pursuant to the Decision made by the Shareholders’ Assembly, the company changed its name into ‘Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem’ - CGES AD (Montenegrin Electric Transmission System J.S.C.)." It clearly shows that Montenegrin Electric Transmission System is just translation and used as a parallel name, not as a common name in English. At the same time, in its press releases and bids invitations, it uses the name Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem.([6]) Beagel (talk) 07:51, 13 April 2012 (UTC)

I'm getting 72 "English" results on Google News, but the thing is almost none of those are in English. The only one I can find is actually in English is that Bloomberg link you have there. • Oppose WP:UE doesn't simply say "use English," this is a legal entity and should be under the legal entity name it uses in English-language tender documents etc. It is quite common in the utilities industries for local titles like this to be transliterated, and to be honest I don't think a RM discussion is required. Also it seems like there's been some edit-warring moves prior to this RM, so restori ng to the known company name with capitals and without AD. In ictu oculi (talk) 02:26, 14 April 2012 (UTC)

I'm confused about your first sentence. Why should this article not be named after what they call themselves on the English version of their website? If you read carefully the link you provided, it says: "Pursuant to the Decision made by the Shareholders’ Assembly, the company changed its name into ‘Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem’ - CGES AD (Montenegrin Electric Transmission System J.S.C.).". Also, the logo on the top of the page says Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem. Tender documents are documents like this one which uses Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem A.D.
