Quota changes[edit]

The quotas actually used at the race differed from those initially announced and cited here in the article [1]. Finland and Sweden did not start an athlete, and their places went to Canada and Poland who started 3 instead of 2 athletes, whereas Denmark, which was ranked above Canada and Poland in the 22 Oct 2019 nation rankings, did not gain an extra place. Update: I found most of the answers myself (partially through other places in WP), but not why 7th-ranked Denmark missed out on when unused quotas were reallocated. The probable answer is that they declined, but I have no confirmation. -- Rz98 (talk)
