Article needs a more objective tone[edit]

To my eye, this article reads a bit like the brochure of a bicycle advocacy group. It's not that I know or suspect that anything on the page is factually wrong, but that the tone seems unbalanced and not objective. The goal of the article should not be to encourage people to feel good about cycling in Toronto, but to give us the facts and an overview of the topic. PDFs Removed[edit]

The PDFs linked to in references 1, 3, and 14-16 have been removed from the City of Toronto website.
