Cleanup of article[edit]

I've taken the liberty to make a few changes to this article:

I redid the citations, fixing any dead links and using the cite web template, and
I cleaned up some of the blatant mistakes in grammar.

There are still a few issues with this, but I am not sure how best to proceed:

The second paragraph of section 1.3 is worded weirdly. It should be rewritten, but I am not sure how best to rewrite it to make it better.
The statement regarding rallying with Thierry Sabine needs a citation - a quick cursory search on Google didn't turn much up regarding this.
In Section 1.1 "Director of export" should either be "Director of Export" or "director of export" (probably the former, as it's a title).
