Eisenhower and Huac[edit]

Does it seem foolish to anyone else for someone to call into question the factual accuracy of when Eisenhower came to power and McCarthy not serving on the Huac, in a fictional universe.

Image copyright problem with Image:Justice League The New Frontier.png[edit]

The image Image:Justice League The New Frontier.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. Yeah, the plot seems more like something you would find on the back of a book rather than a synopsis. Could someone expand it?
