All my comments can be found in the previous section (here) and most have been addressed. I'm glad problems with citations and other major concerns have been taken care of. I've taken the liberty of copyediting the article in some portions. Overall, I believe the article meets the GA criteria; it is comprehensive, well-sourced, and very well organised. I still believe it would benefit from further copyediting, as prose could only get better with more work, but otherwise it's readable and is according to me satisfactory as is. Well done.
