I would dispute the inclusion of "Bird's Foot" as a community in Dallas County. I am assuming (and correct me if I'm wrong) that this refers to "Bird's Fort", which is in Tarrant County and is the precursor of Birdville, the area now occupied by Haltom City and the Richland Hills area. There may have been a "Bird's Foot", but the entry for it states that it was 22 miles NW of John Neely Bryan's Dallas, putting it in Tarrant County.
