Still in office (?)[edit]

As far as I can tell, Foley is still in office and will be until the new session starts in 2009, so I have rewritten the article to show this. Several news sources reported after the primary that he offered to resign (but no sources reported that he resigned), there were reports that he was moving to Rio Rancho (but no reports that he had moved), and the New Mexico Legislature web site still lists him as the District 57 representative. If anyone has reliable information that he is out of office, please provide this (with references). Thanks. --Uncia (talk) 01:15, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
