Buddah Bless/Blessing and K Swisha/Swisher[edit]

@JayPe: The source you had previously provided (from hotnewhiphop) seems to support the spelling changes I made. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 01:51, 17 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Lemongirl942: I wasn't aware that the source misspelled their names but they're incorrect. JayPe (talk) 1:58, 17 December 2016 (UTC)
Yes, but we go by verifiability, not truth. In that case you need to cite a reliable secondary source which has the correct spellings. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 02:23, 17 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
JayPe, I just saw that Rollingstone seems to spell it as "K Swisher". --Lemongirl942 (talk) 02:46, 17 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Inline citations[edit]

@Jennica:, I am not sure if you know about JayPe's history and the history of the talk page conversations between JayPe, me and Magnolia677. I'm trying to teach a generally productive and enthusiastic editor how to add inline citations. We require inline citation for any content that can be challenged. The citations you have now moved to the top verify only the producers, not the writers. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 02:03, 17 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, sorry, I didn't know about the history. However, I work on a lot of album pages and rarely, if ever, see citations directly in the track listing and thought it would be better suited above it all. --Jennica / talk 02:05, 17 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I understand. Track listings are generally OK and usually uncontroversial. But in this case, the writer credits are largely unsourced and no single reliable source is available. The reason I added the {{cn}} here was so that JayPe could find citations and simply replace a cn tag as required. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 02:18, 17 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Lemongirl1942: - well to be fair, I believe the hot new hip hop is one of the places this tape got released on, and it states the producers in the track title. it didn't get released to a more notable or reliable source.--Jennica / talk 02:34, 17 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Jennica I'm fine with the producers (although apparently the sources seems to make spelling mistakes which I have no way of verifying). However, what I was specifically concerned about the "writer" credits which are not verifiable. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 02:39, 17 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
