Copyright Status of Image[edit]

What is the copyright status of the current image? The uploading Commons user Amandacristiani705 says this image is "own work" but this looks like a professional photoshoot. Seems likely to be WP:COPYVIO, unless they are associated with Sterling, wouldn't that be WP:COI?
