Did he write this page himself? Is he really notable?

Yes he is notable, he's very widely recognised as a pioneer of techno, he headlines techno stages at many major club events and festivals all over the world. 84.9.145.82 (talk) 16:16, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dave Clarke is definiteley notable - he's and internationally recognised in the dance music scene, and has been around for a long time. He's far more notable than most of the z-list pornstars and soap opera actors who are listed here. :P

That said, this page does read like one of his fans or promoters wrote it. 82.1.156.245 (talk) 23:27, 6 November 2008

I Do agree that his page needs a thorough rewrite, however with the advent of EDM the popularity of this DJ has waned considerably, making it unlikly that someone will take the time to do this. Topio (talk) 20:17, 15 August 2012 (UTC) (UTC)[reply]

Requested move 4 February 2016[edit]

The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the move request was: Move. There's nothing on the radio DJ of this name at the article it redirects to, so the simpler disambiguation is available for the techno DJ. Cúchullain t/c 18:50, 15 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Dave Clarke (techno DJ)Dave Clarke (DJ) – Target title currently redirects to Heart West Midlands, which has no mention of anyone named Dave Clarke. snαp snαp (talk) 14:52, 4 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. Bizarre that this should redirect to a radio station. Zarcadia (talk) 20:41, 5 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment, redirects to HWM because of him, who is a radio presenter, AKA "DJ". © Tbhotch (en-2.5). 21:17, 6 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
