Re: Speedy Deletion[edit]

I personally would like to say that I think deleting this article is a bit hasty, considering the fact that David Lafuente is notable for his work for Marvel, particularly as the new artist for Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man. That particular comic series (or rather its previous incarnation) is one of the best-selling comics being produced right now, and replacing artists Mark Bagley and Stuart Immonen definitely makes him noteworthy as an artist. I plan on, and already have, fleshed out the article a bit, adding info on how he came to work for Marvel, and the work he has done for the company. I hope that the article is allowed to grow as Lafuente becomes more prominent as a major contributor to the comics industry. Thank you. Friginator (talk) 05:08, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
