– WP:COMMONNAME for both is just "David Montero" always omitting maternal surname. No WP:PRIMARYTOPIC by pageviews or long-term stats, so a DAB shouldbe made at base name and pages further disambiguated: page view stats here [[1]]. Disambiguate to standard at WP:NCSP.
