Fair use rationale for Image:Mbpresent.jpg

Image:Mbpresent.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Dimensions

I can't find the dimensions of the painting, and am annoyed by the xxx by xxx centimeters that stood so long in the article. Until I can go to Newport and verify the size, I think we should leave that part out. J S Ayer (talk) 02:09, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with Image:Penguin dreams and stranger things.jpg

The image Image:Penguin dreams and stranger things.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. claim dubious

I find the "most reproduced image" claim highly dubious. Firstly, the ref is dead. Secondly, it's sales in the US are unlikely to make it the WORLD'S most reproduced image. That honour may in fact go to Chinese Girl, but I doubt there are accurate figures for any image really. Malick78 (talk) 15:31, 9 January 2015 (UTC)
