Street brawl relevant?[edit]

The suggestion that crime rates are rising is not substantiated by the citation of an article about a recent street brawl, and nor is the speculation as to who is/was responsible. This either needs amending to reflect what the source says (simply that there was a street fight in Debden recently), or removed entirely (NPOV#Undue_weight). If no one objects I'll remove it in due course. 86.146.162.126 (talk) 21:36, 8 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Validity of Article[edit]

I feel the validity of this page needs to be considered. The article does not give a defined boundary of the alleged suburb of “Debden”, and does not supply any links to official organisations acknowledging “Debden” as an official suburb of Loughton Town.

Although the estate known as “Debden” was built from 1947; the area it was built on already had established dwellings and streets and is well documented as being part Loughton Town. Nowhere is it documented after the “Debden” housing estate was built, that the Eastern part of Loughton was renamed or officially named as a suburb of Loughton. All current information available from the likes of Royal Mail and Essex County Council, confirm that there is, officially at least, no such suburb as “Debden” and in fact the “Debden” housing estate was built in and incorporated into Loughton Town.(Spymo (talk) 13:29, 14 March 2013 (UTC))[reply]
