Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, Delhi

Hospital details are not needed here, a separate page must be created for the hospital. For now moved the content to my sandbox. - abhi (talk) 17:14, 20 May 2014 (UTC)

Created a subpage for the same User:Abhinay.leo/Deen_Dayal_Upadhyay_Hospital,_Delhi, Anyone interested in the article can contribute it there and once ready we can move it to article space. - abhi (talk) 17:59, 20 May 2014 (UTC)

Semi-protected status request

This page is seeing a sudden spurt in vandalism. Can we semi-protect it for a period of a month? Kautilya3 (talk) 14:23, 22 September 2014 (UTC)

Not done: requests for increases to the page protection level should be made at Wikipedia:Requests for page protection. - Arjayay (talk) 14:40, 22 September 2014 (UTC)

Systemic bias?

The talk section has no arguments as to why the systemic bias tag was added to the article. Since I am not able to see the bias in the article, and there is no justification in the talk page, I am removing the tag from this article, following WP:DETAG. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.243.4.136 (talk) 17:45, 7 June 2017 (UTC)

Death place was Mughalsarai station not DDUN station

hi Adamstraw99 can you kindly self revert this edit, His location of death is documented as Mughalsarai station. there was no DDUN station then. This is the standard followed in historical names. the IP was right.

Also even if the official name is DDUN , the WP:COMMONNAME still is Mughalsarai so it is wrong to go on a rename spree changing all mentions of Mughalsarai to DDUn--DBigXray 14:17, 23 August 2018 (UTC)

hi DBigXray , done, did not know about "standard followed in historical names" --Adamstraw99 (talk) 15:02, 23 August 2018 (UTC)
Adamstraw99, thanks a lot for agreeing to my request above. cheers. --DBigXray 16:10, 23 August 2018 (UTC)

CN tag

hi User:Adamstraw99, I saw you had removed the CN template from the article. Basically there are CN tags in the early life section for educational claims. which is why I had placed the tag. This tag has got nothing to do with notability. the subject is clearly notable, but certain claims in the section need citations or else they are liable to be removed. Cheers. --DBigXray 13:00, 18 September 2018 (UTC)

User:DBigXray, Sorry I thought tag was about notability... But don't we put these tags on the sections in question or we put at the top of article?.. i am not sure.. --Adamstraw99 (talk) 13:14, 18 September 2018 (UTC)
NoUser:Adamstraw99, you can always click on the links in the tags to know more about the reason, or ask the editor who placed it. Generally, the editor placing the template on top of the page also places the CN tags in the exact place to clarify what the issue is so that the template can be removed after fixing the issue. A talk page notice like this is also helpful. regarding the suggestion to use section template, yes, that's probably a better idea since the problem is only located in 1 section. I will move the template and use Template:Refimprove section, regards. --DBigXray 13:19, 18 September 2018 (UTC)

Alma mater was Sanatan Dharma College, KANPUR

Hi, The Alma mater of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya was Sanatan Dharma College, KANPUR not the Sanatan Dharma College, Ambala. If you dig deep into this matter, the Sanatan Dharma College, Ambala was never in Kanpur.. So here now in Kanpur there is only a single college which is called Sanatan Dharma College and that is Vikramjit Singh Sanatan Dharma College... Please check before correcting again.. Abhishek65628 (talk) 00:06, 2 February 2019 (UTC)

thanks for the correction User:Abhishek65628, can you also add a WP:Reference for the college in Kanpur. regards. --DBigXray 04:55, 2 February 2019 (UTC)
Sorry DBigXrayI'm sure that's the college I mentioned in Kanpur is the one where he studied for his B.A.degree but I would like to confirm this with the college itself. If you want to confirm my edit, you're free to visit at http://deendayalupadhyay.org.. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Abhishek65628 (talkcontribs) 09:01, 2 February 2019 (UTC)
Thanks for the kind reply Abhishek65628. Yes, his website does state that this Kanpur college was the one. I think this can be accepted. The article already has the same reference. I am glad that you spotted the error and corrected it. Keep up the good work, cheers. --DBigXray 12:57, 2 February 2019 (UTC)
