Age, birthdate[edit]

According to the photo of his gravestone at https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/6589591, he was born August 20, 1899, which would make him 50 when he died, not 52 as per the NYT obit. Anybody have better sourcing for this? --SarekOfVulcan (talk) 15:38, 12 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
