Non NPOV

"majority of the population of Honduras is Mestizo, constituting 90% of the country's population having more predominant Amerindian ancestry and features with little, if any, white ancestry. Along the Caribbean coast where, until recently, communities of English speaking Afro-Hondurans maintained a somewhat distinct culture. This is primarily because some islands and some Caribbean coastal areas were occupied by pirates and by the British at one time or another.[citation needed]", who's the clown that put this? You can look Indian, and be predominantly white, and you can look white and be predominantly Indian, this is rubbish, and has no basis in fact, I am removing it. Crime - Intentional Homicide in Honduras

According to the homicide figures in Table 8.1, on page 93 of the 2011 Global Study on Homicide, published by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Honduras has the highest rate of intentional homicide in the world, with 6,239 intentional homicides, or 82.1 per 100,000 of population in 2010. This is significantly higher than the rate in El Salvador, which at 66.0 per 100,000 in 2010, has the second highest rate of intentional homicide in the world. See https://www.unodc.org/documents/data-and-analysis/statistics/Homicide/Globa_study_on_homicide_2011_web.pdf

There is already a Wikipedia page entitled Crime in Honduras. I am therefore adding a link.124.187.117.80 (talk) 09:39, 30 March 2012 (UTC)

Proposed move

Hi. This article currently has a lot of overlap with other articles (see WP:Moving_a_page#Reasons_for_moving_a_page), such as example Honduras, Crime in Honduras, Religion in Honduras. Therefore, I propose to move this article to "Ethnicity in Honduras" to provide clear differentiation between the articles. 1292simon (talk) 23:48, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
