Fair use rationale for Image:Demons & Wizards - Demons & Wizards - Front Cover.jpg[edit]

Image:Demons & Wizards - Demons & Wizards - Front Cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. Brazillian issue track list?[edit]

I've never actually seen a copy of the Brazillian issue. The bonus tracks on it seem like they should be similar to the Argentinian release (White Room and three demo tracks), but what the article lists is almost pick-and-choose (White Room, two demo tracks, and Whistler (alternate ver), the last being, to my understanding, a Japanese-exclusive track). I've temporarily removed the references to the Brazillian copy until it can be sorted out. Can someone confirm the tracklist?

Also, regarding the vinyl release, I have conflicting information regarding The Whistler (alternate ver). According to the corresponding entry on Discogs, the track appears on the album, however an entry for it on Amazon.co.uk does not list the track. I don't know which source is more legit, so I'm removing the reference to the track on the vinyl copy just to be safe. Requested move 15 August 2018[edit]

The result of the move request was: procedural close–no case to answer. This looked like a technical request to remove the extra space from the disambiguator, but there is another title called "Demons and Wizards" at Demons and Wizards (Uriah Heep album), so the name can't be changed to Demons and Wizards (album) or Demons & Wizards (album). Instead, I have reverted the page to the stable title: Demons and Wizards (Demons and Wizards album).
