Genealogical research[edit]

Looking on FreeBMD, he seems to be the Dennis B D Field who married Joan M Lister in Chanctonbury district, Sussex in 1938.

I found some records on Ancestry and FindAGrave that say he was killed during WWII.

https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/18485694/denys-brian_douglas-field has his name spelt differently, but this seems to be the right person.

In the England, Andrews Newspaper Index Cards, 1790-1976, it states that 30 year old Dennis Brian Douglas Field was killed on the 6th of June, 1940 in air operations over Germany. Skycloud86 (talk) 15:10, 5 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
