Can someone figure out what DPS's total debt is and provide that information with a source?

Financial Difficulties

I removed a massive portion of the financial difficulties section because it was riddled with inaccuracies, old information, and bias. It was unorganized and much of it was unnecessary information.Xenosagian (talk) 03:41, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
