1994 ECF[edit]

I had to rename the section of the 1994 Eastern Conference Finals, as it has information about the Devils winning the Stanley Cup in 1995. It now reads "Stanley Cup Championships of 1994 and 1995. – SNIyer12, (talk), 18:40, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Fun tidbit[edit]

Any place we can mention in this article that the current governor of New Jersey is a self-proclaimed Rangers fan? Jmj713 (talk) 15:40, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

This logo is shown as public domain and should be able to be used in the infobox rather than the ugly flat logo:

Not being bold here, as bold doesn't apply to potentially copyrighted stuff. I don't even LIKE the Devils (I'm a Flyers fan), but the way that logo is is just so visually unappealing. Gatemansgc (TɅ̊LK) 02:20, 27 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Gatemansgc: For your information, this is the Devils' old logo, which is no longer used by the team. – Sabbatino (talk) 12:27, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I guess the reasons for the "public domain" tag might well apply to the current logo too. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 00:57, 4 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
how do I continue a convo I dunno but anywho you should be ashamed of yourself sabotino because the logo I changed it to is the official heritage jersey logo and is still used as a third alternate jersey I bought one they still make it. So your argument that the heritage logo is not current is completely invalid – — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2604:2000:1484:C94A:EC:E3FB:8BCE:1BF8 (talk)
Their current logo is black, red and white. Whatever is written on your "supposedly" bought jersey does not mean anything. Wikipedia has policies on usage of the logos and they must be followed. In addition, we do not use old logos so stop with the WP:NOTGETTINGIT. – Sabbatino (talk) 20:21, 4 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@ToBeFree: Question about the logo's licensing should probably asked at WP:FFD. – Sabbatino (talk) 20:21, 4 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
