Dexter vs Dex[edit]

I do not know what to think as this is a mixed bag. Like with Indigo whose common name was determined to be Indi - Dexter is referred to by two names Dexter and Dex. He is credited as Dex - some characters call him Dexter. But usually characters address him as Dex. But then websites and magazines cannot make their minds up either. Thought it best to start a discussion incase someone moves the article as a direct result of Indi Walker.Rain the 1 01:07, 26 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is one is a bit more complex compared to Indi. I think Sid still calls him Dexter quite often, while others, such as April, Sashsa and Indi don't. Maybe break out the hits box? - JuneGloom Talk 15:23, 26 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Interesting. I still cannot decide. I looked in the 25th anniversary magazine and they refer to him as both Dexter and Dex. It seems to be a case of either or either. Even his official profile uses both. [4]Rain the 1 20:22, 28 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
