Improvements[edit]

Just chiming-in to say that this article has the look and feel of a fan page, although it seems to be filled with good information. Sstteevvee (talk) 20:13, 7 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong infobox[edit]

As a musician, Dianne Reeves deserves a musician's infobox and support from the musician-work-task force. I'll try to get around to it really soon. --Leahtwosaints (talk) 22:20, 10 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A couple of errors[edit]

The "Juliard" School is spelt "Juilliard". The Grammy Award category Best Jazz Vocal Performance is gender neutral. The change was made in 1992, so would apply to all Dianne Reeves's Grammy Awards. Adding two new documentary films featuring Dianne Reeves[edit]

I am filmmaker Ben Makinen. COI: I have produced and directed two documentary films in which Dianne Reeves is featured. I am hopeful that editors will agree that the addition of a few simple facts pointing to her participation in these films is of biographical relevance. I am very new here and am attempting to stay safely within all guidelines. Please help me to accomplish what is just and right. Below I am going to add six references. I do not yet know what the standard count is for something like this: I understand there may be more than are needed and that extras may simply be copied into this talk page and left off of the wiki page. Please understand that I am simply trying my best to provide enough verifiable and reliable sources. Also please forgive any formatting errors in the request below, I am still quite new at this: let me know how to make proper corrections, thanks. I am not familiar with the preferred formatting of the Filmography entries; for ex. I used the format I found on the wiki page for trumpeter Chet Baker: I have listed the date first, then title, then director, then the role that Ms Reeves played, which is herself, a vocalist.

  • Specific text to be added or removed:under Filmography:
  • (2021) JazzTown by Ben Makinen: vocalist
  • (2022) Who Killed Jazz by Ben Makinen:vocalist
  • Reason for the change: important updates of biographical relevance
