Diego Mario Francisco Osella → Diego Osella (footballer) – It is much simpler to separate the two men called Diego Osella by their sports rather than by their middle names, which one would assume are obscure pieces of information. I know nothing about basketball, but the basketball one appears to be an international regular, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt of being the primary topic.
