Avatar[edit]

Out of curiosity: is there anything known about why Digital Domain did not work on Avatar (seems strange, since James Cameron is a founder of Digital Domain and the director of Avatar)? S3rvus (talk) 00:56, 12 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Relevance of directors, budget, & gross in "Filmography" section[edit]

Wondering whether this is relevant info to include in Digital Domain's Wikipedia entry, given that Digital Domain is neither the production studio nor film distributor.

There isn't a consistent approach across various VFX Wikipedia pages, but frequently they will only list Years, Productions, and sometimes Credits. Much of the financial information for the films isn't referenced, nor does it seem particularly helpful to understand their contributions of digital production and visual effects.
