Too much reliance on insider sources[edit]

When I read this article, it struck me as obfuscation or at best euphemism. Given that it is describing a subspecies of a subset of public relations, I would prefer to see it speak in plainer language and rely less on the primary and insider sources currently cited. It's early in the life cycle for this article, but if there is not more to be said, I could see it being deleted in favor of the coverage already added to Crisis communication. — jmcgnh^{(talk) (contribs)} 03:57, 5 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
