Thanks for the response. I mentioned it on your talk page, but it was somewhat difficult to craft the article in relation to other content I found on related law / ADR pages. I'll add a section on concrete examples of how dispute mechanisms have been used. There are literally hundreds of examples / uses for these things, so I have a lot to pull from.
