– Clear primary topic; a serving U.S. representative is far more often searched than a dead microbiologist or a former minor league baseball team manager. • Oppose. All disambiguation pages list subjects that are more often searched than that page's other subjects, but unless the level of the search is as overwhelming as indicated in the recent Talk:Kevin McCarthy (California politician)#Requested move 6 February 2021, then the bar for the creation of WP:PRIMARYTOPIC is still fairly high. —Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 08:05, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
This politician actually gets a higher percentage of views than Kevin McCarthy did. Station1 (talk) 23:50, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. Because the other two are minor stubs, unlike the McCarthy example, where there are other substantive pages, and indeed other relatively prominent politicians of the same name. The other Don Bacons are a microbiologist whose stub page doesn't actually meet WP:NOTABILITY and has had no substantive change since its lone editor created the page last year, and an unremarkable minor league baseball coach on its second nomination for deletion, with discussion of moving the page contents over to a home at baseballreference. Neither gets any substantive page traffic. This seems reasonable. Abovfold (talk) 12:07, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. The subject gets 99% of pageviews, indicating an overwhelming WP:primary topic. - Station1 (talk) 23:50, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. The above graph couldn't be more clear. The WP:PRIMARYTOPIC bar is still fairly high, but so is the disparity between two dead pages and a well-viewed sitting Congressman's page. Certainly within the user's best interest to be directly linked. RightQuark (talk) 00:19, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per above. ~ HAL333 00:26, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. Page views indicate a clear primary topic by usage. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 13:27, 2 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support the Nebraska politician is the primary topic due to the obscurity of the other entries. power~enwiki (π, ν) 23:49, 4 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
