Re the claim that "colonials" were not regarded for high command, how about Keith Park, Arthur Coningham (RAF officer) or Sailor Malan? But Harris etc were (shortsightedly) against special elite or expert squadrons like the Pathfinders Hugo999 (talk) 10:52, 21 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
