Title lowercase question[edit]

Why is the title of the page have a lower case (n)obis and (p)acem... is this correct? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 107.2.148.88 (talk) 05:49, 29 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Yes it is. Latin titles, like this which is a kind of incipit, are written in sentence case and in the latin text, both of these words are lowercase. It would be incorrect to write it as Dona Nobis Pacem.--ColonelHenry (talk) 06:11, 29 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Sections[edit]

Dona nobis pacem is in five sections, not six; the last section is frequently, though not always, divided into two sections on CDs. The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:Stismail (talk • contribs) 07:01, 13 January 2007.

Odd; the orchestra music of it that my orchestra is playing has six as well. I'll add that some editions divide it as well. Adso de Fimnu 03:13, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The published vocal score from OUP also has six sections. I think the article must be incorrect. 81.174.169.133 (talk) 08:11, 10 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
