Durham University?[edit]

The statement that DM studied at Durham has been marked as dubious. Since I put it up, I will cite my authority here: it's from the Donald Mitchell Chronology in Philip Reed ed., On Mahler and Britten: Essays in Honour of DM on His Seventieth Birthday (Boydell & Brewer, 1995). The entry (p. xiii) reads "1949-50 At Durham University with Arthur Hutchings and A.E.F. Dickinson. Among his fellow students are Peter Evans and Eric Roseberry." If anyone has contrary information, let them bring it forth. Cenedi (talk) 16:54, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
