I think[edit]

this page might benefit from a disambiguation page. There is another band (heavy metal) by the name of Doomtree. Their website can be found at www.doomtree.com

I agree[edit]

the original page about the MPLS hip hop collective was deleted, there needs to be two pages. ReverendG 18:24, 18 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've reverted[edit]

it back to your last version before June 17th, ReverandG. People (CreepyO) can't just delete all the original content on a page and replace it with a blurb plagiarized/copied verbatim from the other band's website. Ziggur 12:24, 19 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"Emily Bloodmobile is a Doomtree producer whose true identity must remain unknown to the public."

I would find it interesting to read why the identity of Emily must be unknown. Never mind, I'm rewriting it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.250.1.214 (talk) 19:49, 27 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Members[edit]

I created Cecil Otter, Sims, Mike Mictlan, Paper Tiger, and Lazerbeak articles. So I removed the information about each members from the "Members" section and just added "rapper/producer/DJ" thing.

I also removed "Affiliated artists" section and created "See also" section. --122.21.227.216 (talk) 13:50, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

More edits coming soon[edit]

User:Travis.dunn and I have decided to help expand this article for a school project. We will be making some edits soon. Jsr87 (talk) 17:18, 12 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Aside from the "Blowouts" table that we've already added to the page, User:JSR87 and I will be attempting to add a new lead section, a new "Style" heading, and some other information to the article in order to try and comply with the criteria listed on Wikipedia's "Featured Article Criteria" page. We would love to work with others on making these additions agreeable and correct in the eyes of all editors here.

User:Travis.dunn and I have recently added some edits to the article, which intend to address the following issues:
  • Comprehensiveness, defined by Wikipedia in WP:WIAFA as an article that “neglects no major facts or details and places the subject in context,"
  • length, defined in WP:WIAFA as having an article that "stays focused on the main topic without going into unnecessary detail..."
  • expanding the lead (an ideal lead according to WP:WIAFA is "a concise lead section that summarizes the topic and prepares the reader for the detail in the subsequent sections") to meet "summary style," which is defined by WP:SUMMARY as when "the lead contains a quick summary of the topic's most important points, and each major subtopic is detailed in its own section of the article"). We are interested in getting feedback from other editors about these changes. Jsr87 (talk) 03:45, 14 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, Travis.dunn (talk · contribs) and Jsr87 (talk · contribs). Thank you for your contributions. I hope you enjoy editing here.
FWIW, both of you might want to see WP:MEAT. Best regards, 114.145.107.25 (talk) 23:04, 18 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, we weren't trying to advance any particular position in a debate, just to make collaborative (and NPOV) changes as part of a Wikipedia group project. Jsr87 (talk) 23:52, 18 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
