Original research and unreferenced information[edit]

The article is comprised entirely of unsourced, original research and is clearly biased: the "Success" of Downtown Norfolk Waterfront Redevelopment, "Benefits" of "successful" downtown revitalization spin off throughout the city. It would be appropriate under Wikipedia guidelines to remove the article completely and start over with sources information. 842U (talk) 11:43, 28 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
