In pretty good shape, but there are a few things that need attention.

Is it reasonably well written?
A. Prose quality:

In the lead 'as the youngest player on the team' sounds awkward, makes it sound like the gold medal was for being the youngest, possibly something like 'He was the youngest player on the team that captured thegold medal...'

'Drew' in the first paragraph of 'EarlyLife' is unencyclopedic.

Max Kamensky award is mentioned in the awards table, but not in the text, also the coaches awards are not mentioned in the Awards table.

Unclear about the World Juniors in 2007, its kind of tacked in both the junior and international sections. Selection camp invitee who got cut, summer camp, etc? Also, that should probably all be in the international section.

B. MoS compliance:
U-14 in the Early life section presumably means under-14, but could be written out for clarity
All should be addressed - I havent included the coaches poll nods in the awards table as they were more a poll than an award, per se. Same reasoning behind why I wouldnt add a player of the month award to the table. Reso lute 02:18, 11 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I hope you don't mind me giving my opinion here (I found this page after trying to compare Luke Schenn's article, I am not wikistalking Canada Hky): there are no direct references given with the statistics. Something is wrong with them, I think: the penalties during Doughty's international career as junior do not add up (8 + 4 is not equal to 14). If references were given, it would be easier to find out which number is wrong. For the rest: nice article! --EdgeNavidad (talk) 15:35, 11 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for getting to the changes, Resolute, and thanks for pointing out the stats issue, Edge. It was a fairly simple fix, and I just went ahaead and did that myself, as well as found the source. Drew Doughty is now a good article. Canada Hky (talk) 23:31, 11 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
